THE POLE TO POLE CHALLENGE HAS COME TO AN END
The ‘Pole to Pole’ challenge of a couple of explorers has come to an end. At the wheel of an electric Nissan Ariya, and with the support of the brand in particular, they made a journey between the two poles.
It was at the beginning of April 2023 that Julie and Chris Ramsey set off on their ‘Pole to Pole’ expedition. They set off from the North Pole in an electric Nissan Ariya specially modified for the occasion.
“We made it!” the couple wrote on Instagram. “After a difficult and gruelling final stage of the Antarctic expedition, we are finally done. We arrived at the geographic and ceremonial South Pole on December 15, 2023.”
